Policy version 2026-08-23

This website is operated by Forge Biotechs LLC. Written enquiries about this policy can be submitted through the contact form.
Forge Biotechs LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Privacy-related questions and requests may be submitted through the contact methods provided on the Forge Biotechs website.

Information we collect
- Order information. Name, email address, telephone number when supplied, organisation when supplied, shipping address, order contents, and the authoritative pricing snapshot recorded at the time of the order.
- Account information. If you create an account, your email address and authentication records held by our backend provider.
- Support requests. Name, email address, subject and message content you submit through the contact form, plus the page the request came from.
- Newsletter records. Email address, consent timestamp, consent version, the page you subscribed from, and campaign attribution parameters present in the URL.
- Research-eligibility records. Your answers to the intended-use questions and the timestamp and version of that confirmation, stored in your browser.
- Technical and usage information. Pages viewed, referring page, device class, screen-size class, and interaction events used to understand how the store performs.
How we use information
To process and fulfil orders, to answer support requests, to verify batch and certificate enquiries, to protect the store against fraud and abuse, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve the usability and performance of the website.
Payment card details are never collected, transmitted or stored by this website. Live payment processing is not enabled, and no payment credentials of any kind are held here.
Cookies and analytics categories
This site uses two categories of browser storage:
- Strictly necessary. Your cart contents, your research-eligibility confirmation, and security tokens (including the CSRF protection cookie). These are always active because the store cannot function without them, and they are never used for advertising or profiling.
- Analytics (optional). Usage events such as pages viewed, referring page, device class and interaction events, used only to understand how the store performs. These are not loaded at all until you actively accept analytics in the cookie notice.
Analytics collection is consent-aware: no analytics or session-replay platform is loaded until you accept analytics in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw consent at any time from that notice. Where analytics is enabled, form fields, addresses, message bodies and any payment-related surface are masked and excluded from capture.
How to opt out. Use the cookie notice shown on your first visit to decline or later withdraw analytics consent, or clear this site's local storage/cookies in your browser settings to reset your choice. Declining analytics does not affect strictly necessary storage or your ability to place an order.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only with the service providers required to run the store — hosting, database and authentication, and, once configured, shipping, email and payment providers — and where required by law.
Forge Biotechs LLC may share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting and infrastructure, order fulfillment and shipping, payment processing, transactional communications, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and customer support. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Retention
Forge Biotechs LLC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, operate and secure our services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is maintained. When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.
Order and support records are kept for as long as required to service the order and to satisfy record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of records that are not subject to a retention obligation.
Your choices and requests
You can request a copy of your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, or withdrawal of newsletter and analytics consent. Use the tools below if you are signed in, or submit the request through the contact form from the email address on the record. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we are able to action.
Changes
When this policy changes materially the policy version shown above is updated. Continued use of the website after an update means the current version applies.
